The two boys who had gone to play, fell into the water

The incident took place near the Esale Lake in Shirsi Outskirts of Uttara Kannada District where two boys who had gone to play after school got drowned.

Ahmad Razak Jannigeri (14) and Imam Qasim Riaz Pala (14) of Kasturaba city are the dead boys. He was studying in the nearby Kasturaba School. After school, four boys went to play near the lake.

The incident took place in the jurisdiction of Shirasi Rural Police Station.
